Support

Zee Designs Inc. (ZDI) will provide Support, including any upgrades that ZDI releases for the ZD-CMS™ Service, for Client and Developer Accounts at no additional cost. Custom upgrades may be requested for consideration by ZDI at which time proper discovery and estimates will be assessed and when agreed upon, will be done so according to the definitions of the existing Remuneration for Services Agreement. We use FogBugz - a complete project management system designed to help software teams communicate - to track, prioritize and manage support requests for bugs, features and inquiries. Response time is usually same business day excluding weekends and holidays.

ZDI only provides telephone support outside its normal operating business hours when an issue is of a critical priority status. Yes, it’s true, we’ve been known to provide support when a Team Member is available outside of normal operating business hours.
